The EGO bike handled cordless line trimmer allows a different option of comfort and preference. Although being wider in size, the handles are adjustable and will fold away to allow more compact storage. It’s also compatible with the AP1500 single-shoulder, and AP1500D double-shoulder harness (including hip pad), which clips easily into the harness point for comfortable and efficient use.
The controls are placed on the handles, meaning you can easily manage the power and commands to the motor. The handy speed selection switch comes with a safety-lock, reducing risk whilst not in operation. The brushless motor is powerful and efficient which allows for longer running times, delivering petrol-matching power - without the need for petrol.
For a tool which has a total length of 186cm and solid steel shaft, it’s lightweight and weighs only 3.4kg without the battery. Depending of course on which battery you choose to use with this tool (you can use any battery in our range), the total weight will differ.
